Zach Kluesner is a true Missourian. Born and raised in Cape Girardeau, Zach’s journey into the legal field was fueled by his strong desire to help others.

Zach is competitive, and he knew that being an attorney would allow him to use this quality to his and others’ advantage. Most importantly, practicing law would give him a chance to help others succeed. After graduating from the University of Missouri in 2010 with a Bachelor of Science in Finance and Banking, he earned his law degree from the University of Missouri School of Law.

When he first began practicing law, Zach often represented insurance companies and businesses. He learned how these companies dealt with their own policyholders and the tactics they used to deny people the payment they deserved.

Zach knew he didn’t want to be part of a system in which decent people were treated unfairly. He came to believe that his true calling was to focus solely on representing people on the other side of the aisle.

That experience would prove to be invaluable, and it’s a key part of what makes him different from other plaintiff’s attorneys. With Zach’s experience representing businesses in workers’ compensation cases, vehicle accidents, contract negotiation, regulatory compliance, and business development, he has a distinct advantage when he enters into trials and negotiations with insurance companies and big businesses.



Zach now focuses exclusively on representing plaintiffs, so he can make sure his clients aren’t mistreated. As one of the youngest attorneys in Missouri to successfully start and run their own legal practice, his modern approach is appreciated by his clients. And as the sole practitioner, he is able to devote himself fully to every case. When his clients call Zach, they talk to Zach, not an associate or a legal assistant.

When Zach’s not working, he enjoys golfing, woodworking, and playing with his daughter, Collins. He is a lifelong fan of the St. Louis Cardinals and Mizzou Tigers.
